Sports Specific Training Options

 Each of my sports specific packages are 2 months long and must be paid for up front.
  1. Golf Training Package
    In this package I will train my clients in 2 month segments focusing on stretching, flexibility, strengthening the muscles that are important to increasing the length of your drive, which includes forearms, shoulders, rotator cuff, the transverse abdominus, the lats, and the lower back.
  2. Tennis Training Package
    In this package I will train my clients in 2 months segments focusing on the muscles that are important for hitting a harder serve, or strengthening that backhand. I will focus on the major lower body muscles, the major trunk muscles, and major upper body muscles.
  3. Skiing Training Package
    In this 2 month package I will train my clients in balance, strength, flexibility and endurance. This package will prepare you to stay out on the mountain longer and feel stronger while your enjoying the activity
  4. Mountain Biking Training Package
    This last 2 month package will again focus on endurance, balance, strength and stamina. This program will allow my clients to hit the trails harder than they ever have before with more endurance and strength to dig deep when making those steep climbs.
