My Training Philosophy

By modifying my training to personally fit each of my clients, I am able to offer comprehensive lifestyle plans based on personal goals and needs. I incorporate in-depth health and exercise evaluations, functional weight loss training and aerobics, strength training, nutrition coaching, fitness level testing as a metric to gauge progress,  specialized sport specific training and more to produce dramatic results for each of my individual clients. I understand that a personable and balanced approach (as opposed to an aggressive, single focus method) always produces better short-term and long-term results, my work is visibly noticeable with the clientele that I work with.     Personal Customized Training
    My training is mostly one on one but I can also do small groups of up to 3 individuals.

    I can work with clients to increase their strength and increase their muscular mass and size.

    I offer coaching in weight loss, and maintaining current weight with programs including a combo of HIIT and Circuit training

    I have my own specialized style of training but I offer the FitRanx level tests to give my clients metrics to gauge their progress

    I can offer my clients a comprehensive nutrition plan to help them reach their weight loss or mass gaining goals.

    I offer 12 week customized programs that include workouts and diet plans to help you reach your goals.
